ECCV is currently contracted with Utility Metering Solutions (UMS) to upgrade District water meters. If you have a basement meter a letter was previously sent to schedule an appointment for the replacement. If an appointment has not been scheduled, an ECCV contractor may stop by your property during normal business hours (8am-5pm M-F) to schedule or install a new meter. If you are not home, a door hanger may be left. Installation takes 20-30 minutes on average. You may schedule online at https://eccv.umsscheduling.com/ or call (844) 741-6248.
